Our manufacturing processes and raw materials quality exceed industry standards in patient comfort, durability, and patient safety. The entire mattress is covered with a medical grade 210 denier nylon fabric which is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, latex-free, and is 100% fluid-proof. The anti-contamination fluid protection flap redirects fluids away from the zipper reducing the possibility of fluids damaging the foam core.
Premium FOAM
The Premium FOAM “Pressure redistribution” stretcher pad has a (3) layer construction design. The bottom layer is made with a 2.0lb density foam that provides a firmer base so the patient will not bottom out, the middle layer is a 1.8lb density high resilient foam to provide support and comfort and the top layer is a 4.0 lb Viscoelastic memory foam that provides pressure redistribution and unparalleled comfort.
The multi-directional medical grade nylon stretch top cover is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, latex-free, and is 100% fluid-proof. The stretchability allows the patient to sink into the memory foam which provides comfort and pressure redistribution. The bottom cover is designed with non-skid material for added patient safety.
