stretcher pad is manufactured with a 1.6lb. high density, ultra resilient single layer polyurethane foam. Our manufacturing processes and raw materials quality exceed industry standards in patient comfort, durability, and patient safety.  The entire mattress is covered with a medical grade 210 denier nylon fabric which is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, latex free and is 100% fluid-proof. The anti-contamination fluid protection flap redirects fluids away from the zipper reducing the possibility of fluids damaging the foam core.

“Pressure redistribution” stretcher pad has a (3) layer construction design. The bottom layer is made with a 2.0lb density foam that provides a firmer base so the patient will not bottom out, the middles layer is a 1.8lb density high resilient foam to provide support and comfort and the top layer is a 4.0lb Viscoelastic memory foam that provides pressure redistribution and unparalleled comfort. The stretchability allows the patient to sink into the memory foam which provides comfort and pressure redistribution.

“Pressure redistribution” stretcher pad has a (3) layer construction design. The top layer is a 4.0lb “Graphite” infused gel memory foam. Graphite helps draw heat away from the body reducing perspiration, skin maceration and pressure Ulcers. The bottom layer is made with a 2.0lb density foam that provides a firmer base so the patient will not bottom out, the middles layer is a 1.8lb density high resilient foam to provide support and comfort. The stretchability allows the patient to sink into the memory foam providing comfort.
